Data Deletion
Your account. Your choice. Here’s how to ask us to remove your data.
Last updated September 20, 2026
1. Send a deletion request
Email olsonbrian83@gmail.com with the subject “Frame Studio data deletion.” Send it from the email linked to your Frame Studio account when possible. Tell us whether you want your entire account and artwork deleted, specific artwork removed, or data associated with a social login such as Facebook deleted.
Include your account email and the sign-in provider you used. If you cannot access that email, explain this in your request so we can arrange another reasonable ownership check. Never include your password, client secret, or sign-in codes.
2. We verify and process your request
Deletion is handled manually by Brian Olson. Sending an email requests deletion; it does not immediately delete your account. We may ask for limited information to confirm that the account belongs to you, then respond about the scope, timing, and completion of your request without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law.
For a full-account request, we address the login account and linked social identity records, profile, prompts, uploaded and generated images, saved exports, and associated share links. Limited records may need to be kept for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons; we will explain any exceptions that apply. Backup and service-provider copies may take additional time to expire under their retention processes.
3. Keep anything you want before deletion
Download any artwork you wish to keep before requesting deletion. Once deleted, your account and artwork may not be recoverable. Deleting or revoking a public share link cannot retrieve images that other people have already downloaded, or guarantee removal of previews cached by social platforms.
If you signed in with Facebook
You can also remove Frame Studio from the Apps and Websites section of your Facebook settings. This revokes the connection for future access. Removing the Facebook connection alone does not necessarily delete information or images already stored by Frame Studio, so please send the deletion request above as well.
You do not need an active Frame Studio session to request deletion. The same email process is available for Google, X, and email-based accounts.
Only want to stop sharing an image?
Open the artwork in your collection, open its sharing controls, and revoke the share link. You can keep your private artwork and account. For other privacy questions, contact olsonbrian83@gmail.com or read our Privacy Policy.
