FRAME STUDIO · YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Your artwork has a home here. Here’s how we handle the information that makes that possible.

Who operates Frame Studio
Frame Studio, available at frame-studio.app, is operated by Brian Olson. This policy covers our website, artwork studio, account features, and shared-artwork pages. For privacy questions or requests, contact olsonbrian83@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Account information includes your email address, name when provided, account identifier, and authentication records. If you use an available social sign-in provider, we receive the identifier, basic profile, and email information that provider supplies with your authorization. We do not receive your social-account password.
Artwork information includes your prompts, uploaded reference photos and resize images, generated ideas and artwork, crop settings, exports, and processing history. We also record account activity, credit balances and usage, and support messages you send us.
Our hosting and authentication services may process technical records such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and error or security logs. “Try an Idea” uses your browser’s time zone and the date to suggest seasonal concepts.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure your account, generate and resize artwork, maintain your collection, provide downloads and sharing, track usage, send account emails, respond to requests, and investigate errors or abuse. Authorized administrators can access information as needed to operate and support the service.
Frame Studio does not sell personal information or use your artwork for targeted advertising. We do not request access to your Facebook posts, friends, or private messages for sign-in.
AI processing and service providers
When you request AI generation, we send your prompt and any selected reference images to OpenAI, our current AI provider. “Try an Idea” sends art-direction context and recent ideas to generate a new suggestion. Photo resizing uses our image-processing service. Only upload images you have permission to use, and avoid including sensitive information you do not want processed.
Supabase provides authentication and database services; Vercel provides hosting; artwork files are stored using Supabase Storage or Vercel Blob depending on the configured storage service. Resend delivers account emails. These providers process the information needed to supply their services, subject to their own terms and applicable data-processing arrangements.
Providers may process information outside your country. Their retention practices, including AI service safety logs, also apply. This policy does not promise zero retention or that all copies held by a provider can be removed immediately. If we change how personal information is used or introduce a new AI provider, we will update this policy.
Private collections and public sharing
Your collection requires account access. Creating a share link publishes a snapshot of the selected artwork, its title, description, and the attribution name you choose. Anyone with the link can view and download it, and social platforms can cache its preview.
You can revoke a share link in the artwork’s sharing controls. Revocation stops access through that link but cannot remove files someone already downloaded or copies held by other websites. Your account email is not included in the public share page.
Cookies and browser storage
We use browser storage and authentication technology to keep you signed in and remember studio preferences. Clearing browser data may sign you out or reset those preferences. Our hosting and sign-in providers may use technology needed for security and operation.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information and saved artwork to provide your account and collection, unless you request deletion or the information is no longer needed. Processing, usage, and security records may be retained where needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.
You can request deletion of your account, artwork, or information received from a social sign-in provider using our Data Deletion page. Requests are handled manually after reasonable verification. Active records and stored files are addressed separately; removing a login alone does not remove artwork files. Residual backup or service-provider copies may remain until removed under their retention processes. We will explain any information we must retain when responding to your request.
Your choices and rights
You can download your artwork, revoke share links, stop using a social login, and contact us to request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy authority. We assess requests under the laws that apply to you.
If you cannot access the email associated with your account, contact us and we will discuss another way to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or identity documents unless we have agreed on an appropriate verification method.
Children and policy updates
Frame Studio is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or seek consent when required for a material change.
