Using Frame Studio

Frame Studio is operated by Brian Olson. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live, and have authority to agree to these terms.

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact olsonbrian83@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Your images and prompts

You retain the rights you already have in the images, prompts, and other content you provide. You must have permission to upload, process, and share that content, including appropriate permission from people pictured in it.

You grant Frame Studio permission to store, copy, process, and transmit your content as needed to provide the features you request, including processing by our service providers. Creating a share link also authorizes us to display the selected artwork and attribution publicly and offer downloads through that link. You can revoke that link, subject to copies already downloaded or cached.

AI-generated artwork

As between you and Frame Studio, we do not claim ownership of your generated artwork. You may download and use it, subject to applicable law and any rights of other people. AI outputs may be similar to other outputs, contain mistakes, or depict unexpected content. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, accuracy, or freedom from third-party rights.

Review artwork before using or sharing it. You are responsible for checking that your use is appropriate, especially for commercial uses, recognizable people, trademarks, and copyrighted material.

Acceptable use

Do not use Frame Studio to create or distribute illegal, abusive, exploitative, or infringing content; impersonate others deceptively; upload material without permission; or violate another person’s privacy. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, misuse accounts, or attempt to obtain another user’s private artwork.

We may refuse requests, remove access to content, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. Contact us if you believe an action was mistaken.

Launch pricing and credits

Frame Studio is free during launch. Free access may be subject to capacity and usage limits. We may introduce paid plans or change available features later, with the applicable price and terms shown before you choose a paid offering. Using the free launch service does not authorize future charges.

Any usage credits displayed in the app track service use and are not money or transferable property. If paid credits or subscriptions are offered later, their purchase, expiration, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Availability and TV compatibility

We aim to provide a useful service, but generation may fail, processing may take time, and features or third-party providers may change. Save your own copies of artwork you want to keep.

Frame Studio prepares image files for compatible displays. Upload methods, supported file formats, and display behavior depend on the TV and its software. Frame Studio is independent and is not sponsored by or affiliated with Samsung, Meta, Google, X, or the other TV and sign-in brands mentioned on the site.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or a particular result. To that same extent, Frame Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Ending use, changes, and contact

You may stop using Frame Studio at any time and request account deletion using the Data Deletion page. Download any artwork you wish to keep first. We may update these terms as the service changes, and will give notice of material changes as required by law. The date above identifies this version.
