Using Frame Studio

Frame Studio is operated by Brian Olson. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where you live, and have authority to agree to these terms.

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact olsonbrian83@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Your images and prompts

You retain the rights you already have in the images, prompts, and other content you provide. You must have permission to upload, process, and share that content, including appropriate permission from people pictured in it.

You grant Frame Studio permission to store, copy, process, and transmit your content as needed to provide the features you request, including processing by our service providers. Creating a share link also authorizes us to display the selected artwork and attribution publicly and offer downloads through that link. You can revoke that link, subject to copies already downloaded or cached.

AI-generated artwork

As between you and Frame Studio, we do not claim ownership of your generated artwork. You may download and use it, subject to applicable law and any rights of other people. AI outputs may be similar to other outputs, contain mistakes, or depict unexpected content. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, accuracy, or freedom from third-party rights.

Review artwork before using or sharing it. You are responsible for checking that your use is appropriate, especially for commercial uses, recognizable people, trademarks, and copyrighted material.

Acceptable use

Do not use Frame Studio to create or distribute illegal, abusive, exploitative, or infringing content; impersonate others deceptively; upload material without permission; or violate another person’s privacy. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, misuse accounts, or attempt to obtain another user’s private artwork.

We may refuse requests, remove access to content, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. Contact us if you believe an action was mistaken.

Subscriptions, credits and cancellation

Current prices and availability are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. When paid memberships are open, a free account includes three image-generation credits with no card required. Monthly subscriptions are billed by Stripe starting when you subscribe and renew monthly on that date, or the last day of a shorter month, until canceled. Your subscription credit allowance refreshes after a successful renewal payment; unused subscription credits expire at the end of that paid billing period and do not roll over.

Active subscribers may purchase additional credit packs. Purchased packs do not expire, including after cancellation. One credit creates one image; photo resizing and 4K exports are included. Credits are non-transferable service units, not money. Cancel from Credits & account before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and preserves your saved artwork and purchased packs. To request a refund, contact olsonbrian83@gmail.com. Approved refunds remove a proportional share of unused credits from the refunded purchase; refunding a payment does not itself cancel a subscription. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Copyright concerns and repeat infringement

If you believe artwork on Frame Studio infringes your copyright, email olsonbrian83@gmail.com with the subject “Frame Studio copyright report.” Identify the copyrighted work and the exact Frame Studio page or share URL, explain the concern, and include your contact information. We review reports and may disable access to disputed content while investigating.

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We also accommodate and do not interfere with applicable standard technical measures used to identify or protect copyrighted works. If you believe your content was removed by mistake, contact us with the affected URL and supporting information.

Availability and TV compatibility

We aim to provide a useful service, but generation may fail, processing may take time, and features or third-party providers may change. Save your own copies of artwork you want to keep.

Frame Studio prepares image files for compatible displays. Upload methods, supported file formats, and display behavior depend on the TV and its software. Frame Studio is independent and is not sponsored by or affiliated with Samsung, Meta, Google, X, or the other TV and sign-in brands mentioned on the site.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or a particular result. To that same extent, Frame Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Ending use, changes, and contact

You may stop using Frame Studio at any time and request account deletion using the Data Deletion page. Download any artwork you wish to keep first. We may update these terms as the service changes, and will give notice of material changes as required by law. The date above identifies this version.
